Description
This regulator comes in handy when trying to fix the Flat Spot experienced with the 2008-2018 STi, also known as the GR Stumble. It, in conjunction with other pieces, is able to replace the factory fuel pressure regulator (FPR) and in doing so helps alleviate the flat spot in the power band between 2500-3500 RPM. Granted, this item alone won’t fix the issue. It is recommended to also obtain a custom tune. If you do not have a tuner nearby, or one that is capable of tuning out the flat spot, then feel free to contact our E-Tuning department today, tuning@iatuning.com.
Static Fuel Pressure is 43.5 PSI and rises at a ratio of 1:1
Application
- Direct factory replacement for 2004-2006 US STi
- May also be used with custom plumbing installations, such as aftermarket fuel rails.
- Fuel Pressure Regulator ‘J’ Shaped tube (outlet) routes to the firewall and the straight tube (inlet) goes to the fuel rail
